Colo closets and rooms are hosted in their own secure monitored area with dedicated power and air conditioning and include 24/7 access in our facility in downtown Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Bandwidth pricing is based on the amount of monthly transfer you prepay for; transfer in excess of this amount is charged at $2US/GB. For example, if you order the 100GB package and you use 50GB, you will be charged $185US. If you order the 100GB package and use 120GB, you will be charged $185US for the 100GB and $40US for the additional 20GB. If you require more than 10Mbps, please e-mail sales@tera-byte.com for a quote. Canadian Residents please remember that 5% GST will be added to the total.

Our backup service provides FTP space on the local network to backup your server(s) to for only $1 per gigabyte of space per month with a $25 setup fee. To order, please e-mail us at support@tera-byte.com.

Our mailscanner service accepts the incoming mail for your domains and filters out more than 90% of the spam and viruses before delivering the mail to your server. If your server is being overloaded by spam, our mailscanner will help reduce the load.
