Username and password reminder

If you do not have your login information to manage or renew your domain, simply fill out the form below and it will be emailed to the administrative contact address on the domain registration.

Change the administrative contact address

If you do not have access to the administrative email account, you will need to follow this procedure to have OpenSRS, our registrar, change it to your current email address. OpenSRS/Tucows requires some sort of government issued photo ID such as a passport or driver's license. Required: Individual's Domain Name

• Domain Name
• Signed Letter of request
• Photo ID (current driver's permit or passport)
• New administrative e-mail address
• Owner's Signature

Required: Corporation's Domain Name

• Domain Name
• Signed letter of request on Company letterhead
• Business Registration documents
• Photo ID connecting Requestor to the Corporation (current driver's permit or passport)
• New administrative e-mail address
• Owner's Signature
• This information should belong to someone with demonstrable signing authority for the organization, as shown on the Business Registration documents.

Please fax all the above information to 1-416-531-5584, Attention: OpenSRS Administration.

Once OpenSRS receives this information, they will confirm the information and verify that the existing email address is not valid, or that the person receiving email at the current address agrees to the change. The process may take up to 1 week to complete.

OpenSRS will then send you an email confirming the change (or rejecting the change) and you can then use the form above to send your username and password.
